Serious platforms. **We're a Gold Coast-based team building AI automation and scalable digital platforms for Australian businesses.** ## Who we are National Digital is a digital engineering consultancy based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, building custom software, integrations and AI automation for organisations across Australia. The company has been shipping production platforms for Australian businesses since 2016. We're deliberately small. Every engagement is led by the people who actually design and build the platform — when you talk to National Digital, you're talking to the engineer responsible for the outcome, not a layer of account management relaying messages. That structure is a choice, and it shapes everything about [the services we deliver end to end](/services/): honest scoping, staged delivery, and documentation good enough that the platform outlasts our involvement. ## Who we work with Our clients are typically established Australian organisations that have outgrown off-the-shelf software but don't want the overhead of a big-end-of-town integrator. They come to us when spreadsheets and workarounds have quietly become the system, when systems need to talk to each other, or when AI has to earn its keep in a real workflow rather than a demo.
